A love of old-fashioned Western movies was the foundation of COWBOY CHICKEN WOOD FIRE ROTISSERIE. Phil Sanders and his wife Jeanette worked on perfecting their own back yard wood fired cooking and in 1981, they opened their very first restaurant. The rest is history! They have a new location opening soon in Kissimmee, FL, increasing from 18 to 19 units (6% growth).

Port St. Lucie, FL-based 3 NATIVES (founded 2013) has entered into OK and is also opening up a new location in Sarasota, FL soon, increasing from 19 to 20 units (5% growth). 

It all started when owner Anthony Bambino, a traveling Florida salesperson at the time, caught a glimpse of all the juice bars in the Southern California area. He wondered if he could bring that healthy vibe to Florida and see if it takes off. Fast forward a few years and oh, how it thrived!

These fast/casual juice/smoothie restaurants are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner so you can have a healthy, refreshing meal at any time of the day. Seating is for around 30 patrons and catering is also available. Locations trade in FL and OK.

It all started with two brothers from New Jersey who had a dream to create a quick-serve sandwich shop that would bring the people together. For the past 50 years, dedication to customer service and value has been the focal point for this company. When kids dream big, dreams become reality! Back in 2001, Ansley Johnson, a 13-year-old North Carolina girl had fallen in love with her summer visits to her grandparents\’ home in Louisiana. It was there that she spread the word about the refreshing and delicious snowballs on hot, summer days and the rest was history!

PELICAN\’S SNOWBALLS (named by Ansley after the Louisiana state bird) got off the ground running and became one of the fastest growing quick-serve dessert franchises in the US. In 2017, the Johnson family sold the franchise to present owners Gregg Fattool and Randall Wright. They\’re opening a new location in Fayetteville, GA soon, increasing from 189 to 208 units (10% growth) since April. They offer catering and colorful seating is for about 30.
