Healthy meets delicious at CARROT EXPRESS! Why says making healthy choices has to be difficult or boring? It all started 30 years ago when Mario Laufer decided to dive into the restaurant business. He had a passion for food that was good for the body and easy on the taste buds. After a few attempts, Carrot Express got its real start inside of a gas station on Alton Road in South Beach. It wasn\’t long before the spot became a place that the residents couldn\’t stop talking about! Since then, it has become the spot to enjoy quality food without the guilt!

They will be opening a new location in Pembroke Pines, FL soon, increasing from 18 to 19 units (6% growth). They also have plans to open an additional 9 locations soon throughout the Florida area. It was a vacation in Miami that started up a passion of European and American cultures. Founders, Ioannis Sotiropolous and Efthymios Paliouras grew up in Athens Greece, a place that is known for its love of socializing with friends and family over great food in beautiful cafés. They wanted to bring that love and culture to the United States, so they opened the first CREMA GOURMET ESPRESSO BAR in 2012.

They will be opening a new location in Dania Beach, FL soon, increasing from 5 to 8 units (60% growth) since July. They also have plans to open an additional five locations throughout the Florida area. Brooks Roberts and Preston Lott had a dream when they were college roommates. They wanted to create a fun atmosphere where their friends could gather and enjoy the best pizza and the coldest beer around. They kept their dream alive throughout college and fast forward to 2007, the dream became a reality and LOST PIZZA CO was born.

They will be opening a new location in Pensacola, FL soon, increasing from 24 to 25 units (4% growth).
