PANCHERO\’S MEXICAN GRILL (founded 1992) all started with a burrito. Owner Rodney Anderson opened his first Panchero\’s location in Iowa City. He had a real knack for creating well-structured burritos that stood the test of the fastest, hungriest eaters. Guests would marvel as they watched him hand prepare his tortillas full of delicious, Mexican flavor.
Today, the tradition has continued. They\’re opening a new location in Stillwater, MN soon, increasing to a total of 72 units. These fast/casual Mexican restaurants are open for lunch and dinner and offer beer and wine alongside your Mexican fare. Locations are franchised and trade in CT, FL, IA, IL, MI, MN, MO, ND, NJ, PA, SD and WI.
