When kids dream big, dreams become reality! Back in 2001, Ansley Johnson, a 13-year-old North Carolina girl had fallen in love with her summer visits to her grandparents\’ home in Louisiana. It was there that she spread the word about the refreshing and delicious snowballs on hot, summer days and the rest was history!

PELICAN\’S SNOWBALLS (named by Ansley after the Louisiana state bird) got off the ground running and became one of the fastest growing quick-serve dessert franchises in the US. In 2017, the Johnson family sold the franchise to present owners Gregg Fattool and Randall Wright. They\’re opening a new location in Fayetteville, GA soon, increasing from 189 to 208 units (10% growth) since April. They offer catering and colorful seating is for about 30.

Locations trade in AL, CA, FL, GA, KY, LA, MA, MS, NJ, NY, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX and VA.

Manhattan, NY

HONG KONG NOODLE & RICE is coming to the Mott Street Eatery Food Court in the former site of Domo Sushi serving traditional Chinese and Japanese fare.

Brooklyn, NY

Directly across from the Soho Clothing Exchange, HUSH COCKTAIL LOUNGE will soon open its doors for lunch and dinner with full bar service.

New Paltz, NY

THE LEMON SQUEEZE is coming soon, bringing a mid-century modern piano bar to the area. Full bar service will be offered with specialty cocktails as well as traditional bar food.

Sunnyside, NY

Casual/family style, PUNDA TIBETAN RESTAURANT will open soon serving the best in Chinese cuisine alongside full bar service with an $8-20+ per person check average.

Brooklyn, NY

CHAMA MAMA will be opening it\’s third location featuring classic Georgian cuisine with a modern twist. They will offer an exotic full bar menu as well as catering services for private events.

DON BRAVO MEXICAN GRILL is opening in the former site of Creyo Self Serve Frozen Yogurt. They will be offering authentic Mexican cuisine in a casual/family setting.

Robert Giuliani is shaking things up with a new PLAYA BOWLS juice/smoothie location set to replace Al\’s Cafe. Seating is for about 50 and catering is available.

ASIAN KITCHEN is coming soon, bringing a Chinese and Japanese dining experience in a casual/family atmosphere. Check ranges will be between $8-$20+ per person and seating will be for about 80.

Minneapolis, MN

Wake up and smell the coffee Minneapolis! Owner, Fardowsa Elmi will be opening AHLAN COFFEE soon, serving freshly roasted coffee and tea for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Seattle, WA

BAFIERN THAI EATERY will be opening soon, taking the place of Soi Restaurant. They will be serving up delicious exotic Asian flavors and spices for lunch and dinner. Full bar service will be available and check averages will be about $8-$20+ per person.

El Paso, TX

Just up the road from the Mc Rae Shopping Center, EL SANCHO BAR AND GRILL will soon open it doors bringing authentic Mexican cuisine to the spot. They will have full bar service and dining in a cozy, casual/family atmosphere.

They don\’t call it EUPHORIA BURGER for nothing! They\’re coming soon to Bridgeport way, just behind the Goodfellas Barber Shop. If you thought breakfast was just the most important meal of the day, THE TOASTED YOLK CAFE says that it\’s also the most enjoyable! –And they\’re coming to Germantown, TN this month, growing from 15 to 24 units (60% growth) since 2021. They had also entered into AL and plan to expand into AR, FL, KY, MS and OH soon.

Founded in 2010, by Chris Milton and Matthew DeMott, this restaurant is based on the idea that the comfort food we really long for is good \’ole fashioned bacon and eggs. But the fun doesn\’t stop there! They\’re cooking up breakfast and lunch with full bar service and even offer catering services, bringing the highest quality, customer service to the table. Locations are franchised and currently trade in AL, TN and TX.
