Charley Shin, founder and CEO of CHARLEY\’S PHILLY STEAKS had his very first Philly cheesesteak back in 1985 while he was attending Ohio State University. He had an appetite for success at a young age and knew he wanted to share his cheesesteak experience with others on a massive scale. After much experimentation with ingredients and perfecting his recipe, he turned his dream into a reality and opened his very first restaurant in 1986. At that time, it was called Charlie’s Steakery. As the customers began to rave about his delicious sandwiches, he decided it was time to work on expansion.

Fast forward to today, they are serving up the best cheesesteaks, fries and authentic fruit lemonades at every location. Their commitment to quality over the past 30 years has earned them the title of the number one cheesesteak in the world! They will be opening a new location soon on West Mcnab Rd in Tamarac, FL.
