A love of old-fashioned Western movies was the foundation of COWBOY CHICKEN WOOD FIRE ROTISSERIE. Phil Sanders and his wife Jeanette worked on perfecting their own back yard wood fired cooking and in 1981, they opened their very first restaurant. The rest is history! They have a new location opening soon in Kissimmee, FL, increasing from 18 to 19 units (6% growth).
These quick-serve chicken restaurants are open for lunch and dinner bringing the best in comfort food to the table. Seating is for around 125 patrons and catering is available for your next country shindig! Locations are franchised and trade in GA, LA, OK and TX.

If you\’re headed up Davie Road in the Brow area, check out KAVA BAR coming soon to site 102. They will be open for lunch and dinner offering burgers, sandwiches, wraps and other bar bites.
