JUST LOVE COFFEE (founded 2011) is opening up a new location in Neillsville, WI soon, increasing from 26 to 27 units (4% growth) since May. They also have plans to open an additional 18 units, expanding into AZ, CO, and NC.

The company prides itself on serving the best quality cups of Joe to accompany their superb customer service. They have created a great sense of community in their quick serve setting, providing breakfast, lunch and dinner with a smile. Seating is for about 50 patrons. TREASURE LOUNGE, a casual/family American restaurant will be coming soon to Moss Park Road next to the Tire Consumer Shop. No need to be bored while you wait for your car appointment. LAKELAND, FL

MILKSTER NITROGEN CREAMERY is coming to Lakeland soon, serving up fun and delicious ice cream. This quick serve restaurant will be open for lunch and dinner and serve a wide array of flavors made to order. Nitrogen ice cream is just like any other ice cream in its starting process. Add the milk, cream, vanilla, sugar and whatever else you please, but then add the liquid nitrogen to the mix and that’s where the magic begins. Watch in amazement as the fog falls from your sundae. It’s a real treat! Pun intended!

JONESBORO, GA

Gills Crab House has closed, but WRAP A LOT will be replacing them with its second location in its spot right behind the Chevron station. Offering a wide variety of salads and wraps, This quick serve  restaurant will be open for lunch and dinner bringing delicious, healthy options for you to choose from. You can also check out their other location in College Park.

Metcalf Avenue will soon be home to the new CRAFTED BEAN COFFEE COLLECTIVE opening up in space 341. This quick serve coffee/tea restaurant will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. When kids dream big, dreams become reality! Back in 2001, Ansley Johnson, a 13-year-old North Carolina girl had fallen in love with her summer visits to her grandparents\’ home in Louisiana. It was there that she spread the word about the refreshing and delicious snowballs on hot, summer days and the rest was history!

PELICAN\’S SNOWBALLS (named by Ansley after the Louisiana state bird) got off the ground running and became one of the fastest growing quick-serve dessert franchises in the US. In 2017, the Johnson family sold the franchise to present owners Gregg Fattool and Randall Wright. They\’re opening a new location in Fayetteville, GA soon, increasing from 189 to 208 units (10% growth) since April. They offer catering and colorful seating is for about 30.

If you thought breakfast was just the most important meal of the day, THE TOASTED YOLK CAFE says that it\’s also the most enjoyable! –And they\’re coming to Germantown, TN this month, growing from 15 to 24 units (60% growth) since 2021. They had also entered into AL and plan to expand into AR, FL, KY, MS and OH soon.

Founded in 2010, by Chris Milton and Matthew DeMott, this restaurant is based on the idea that the comfort food we really long for is good \’ole fashioned bacon and eggs.
