Vibe Restaurants is a Dallas, Texas multi-brand fast casual franchisee headquartered at 5001 Lyndon B Johnson Fwy, Suite 900. The company's story starts in 2005, when co-founder Shalin Patel opened a Little Caesars in Nacogdoches in East Texas and used its cash flow to add more stores, drawing on his father's background as a franchise owner. College friends Irfaan Lalani and his brother Faisal Lalani joined Patel to formalize Vibe in 2010 with a goal of building scale through acquisitions and new development. The partners later made Wingstop their second growth brand and then added a regional burger brand through a multi-unit development agreement. Concepts are Little Caesars, Whataburger and Wingstop. Vibe Restaurants operates under franchise agreements and does not own those consumer brands. From its Dallas office the group runs a multi-state portfolio that reaches across the South and the Great Plains into the Mid-Atlantic. Restaurants are fast casual and serve lunch and dinner with pizza, chicken wings and burger-led American menus. Typical units seat about 60 guests in roughly 1,500 square feet, reflecting carryout-focused pizza and wing shops alongside drive-thru burger restaurants.

Investment firms, financial sponsors, and other ownership partners are generally not included unless they also play a meaningful operating role; an otherwise qualifying entity may also be omitted when sufficient reliable information is unavailable.
The ownership hierarchy follows the entity structure from the bottom up, showing the profiled entity in relation to its parent organizations, including its ultimate parent. When the entity owns or operates concepts beneath it, up to three are displayed.
