Newk's Eatery is a fast casual restaurant franchisor headquartered at 2680 Crane Ridge Drive in Jackson, Mississippi 39216. The concept was founded in 2004 as Newk's Express Cafe in Oxford, Mississippi, by father and son chefs Don and Chris Newcomb together with co-founder Debra Bryson, and the first franchised restaurant opened in 2005. The company adopted the Newk's Eatery name in 2013 and introduced an updated restaurant design while keeping its original family recipes. Private equity firm Sentinel Capital Partners acquired a majority stake in 2014, and in 2023 the brand was acquired by FSC Franchise Co, a Tampa, Florida based franchise company, which now serves as its parent company. Although predominantly franchised the system also includes company-operated restaurants. Restaurants operate in a fast casual format and serve lunch and dinner, with an American menu of fresh-tossed salads, oven-baked sandwiches, flatbread pizzas, made-from-scratch soups and house-made cakes, along with catering and online ordering for pickup. A typical restaurant offers about 150 seats in roughly 3,500 square feet.

The Restaurant Enterprise Index focuses primarily on companies with a substantial role in restaurant operations. Investment firms, financial sponsors, and other ownership partners are generally not included unless they also play a meaningful operating role; an otherwise qualifying entity may also be omitted when sufficient reliable information is unavailable.
The ownership hierarchy follows the entity structure from the bottom up, showing the profiled entity in relation to its parent organizations, including its ultimate parent. When the entity owns or operates concepts beneath it, up to three are displayed.
