Hot Head Burritos is a Dayton, Ohio fast casual Mexican franchisor headquartered at 2795 Culver Ave. Ray and Cynthia Wiley began designing the concept in late 2006 with the goal of an efficient, modern burrito shop that would appeal to guests and franchise owners alike, and the first restaurant opened in March 2007 in the Kettering area, where the corporate office still sits. Franchising began in 2009, and the brand drew early attention as one of the next fast casual chains to watch while spreading from its hometown into neighboring markets. Longtime executive Kelly Gray, who became a part-owner, leads the company as CEO. Concepts are Hot Head Burritos and Rapid Fired Pizza. The company franchises Hot Head Burritos to local operators, while its founding group also runs Rapid Fired Pizza restaurants under license, a build-your-own pizza brand Ray Wiley co-founded in 2015. The footprint is deepest in its home market and the surrounding Midwest, with additional restaurants in the South and New England. Restaurants serve lunch and dinner with build-your-own burritos, bowls, tacos, nachos and quesadillas finished with sauces from mild to wild. Typical units seat roughly 60 guests in about 1,500 square feet.

The ownership hierarchy follows the entity structure from the bottom up, showing the profiled entity in relation to its parent organizations, including its ultimate parent. When the entity owns or operates concepts beneath it, up to three are displayed.
