Bahama Buck's is a Lubbock, Texas quick serve shaved ice and dessert franchisor headquartered at 5741 50th St. Blake Buchanan was 20 years old in 1990 when he opened the original sno shop in Lubbock, building it by hand from scrap wood with help from three generations of his family, including his father and partner Tom Buchanan and both grandfathers. The company incorporated as a franchise corporation in 1992 and opened its first franchised shop in the student union at Arizona State University in Tempe in 1994. Since 1993 it has produced its own proprietary flavor concentrates, and in 2010 it set a Guinness World Record for the world's largest sno cone to celebrate its 20th anniversary. The family-led company operates as franchisor with nearly all shops franchised to local owner-operators. Its footprint is anchored in its home region across the Southwest, with shops reaching into other Sun Belt and Mountain West markets. Shops are quick serve and serve lunch and dinner with tropical shaved ice snos, smoothies, ice cream and specialty drinks offered with a wide range of flavors and creams. Typical units seat about 20 guests in roughly 1,250 square feet, reflecting island-themed walk-up and drive-thru dessert shops.

The ownership hierarchy follows the entity structure from the bottom up, showing the profiled entity in relation to its parent organizations, including its ultimate parent. When the entity owns or operates concepts beneath it, up to three are displayed.
