Boulder, CO-based BIG RED F RESTAURANT GROUP (founded 1994) has added a new concept called Good Bird Kitchen for an overall company increase from 10 to 11 (10% growth). Other company concepts include: Post Brewing Co (1), West End Tavern (1), Zolo Grill (1), Lola (1), Jax Fish House (5) and Centro (1). These upscale restaurants are open for lunch and dinner, serving various types of cuisines. Per person check average is $15-$50+, with full bar service.  Seating is for about 100. Locations trade in CO.

Atlanta, GA-based FIFTH GROUP RESTAURANTS (founded 1993) has increased by 1 unit, from 2 to 3 (50% concept growth) for the South City Kitchen concept (50% concept growth. Other company concepts include: The Original El Taco (1), Lure (1), La Tavola Trattoria (1), Cco (1) and Alma Cocina (1). Overall company increase was from 7 to 8 (14% growth).  The restaurant concepts are upscale, offering multiple cuisine types and are open for lunch and dinner. Per person check average is $15-$50+. Full bar service is available and seating is for about 150. Catering is and banquet services are also available. All locations are in GA.

San Diego, CA-based TRULUCK\’S SEAFOOD STEAK & CRAB (founded 2003) has increased by 1 unit for it’s Truluck\’s concept, from 10 to 11 (10% concept growth) for an overall company increase from 11 to 12 (9% company growth). The company also operates Steve Fields Steak & Lobster (1). These upscale steak and seafood restaurants are open for lunch and dinner, with a $15-$50+ per person check average.  The restaurants have full bar and seating for about 200.  Banquet rooms are available. Gilbert, AZ-based MORENO\’S GECKO GRILL has increased by 3 units, from 4 to 7 (75% growth). These family style Mexican restaurants are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with an $8-$20+ per person check average. Full bar service is available and seating is for about 150. Catering is also available. All the restaurants are in AZ.

Kansas City, MO-based 54TH STREET GRILL & BAR (founded 1990) has increased by 1 unit, from 25 to 26 (4% growth).  This family/casual concept is open for lunch and dinner, with an $8-$20+ per person check average.  Units have seating for about 200.  Trading areas are IL, KS, MO and TX.  We last featured this concept on 7/21/15 (14% growth).
