California-based STACKED FOOD WELL BUILT (founded 2011) has increased by 1 unit, from 3 to 4 (33% growth).  These fast casual restaurants serve American cuisine and are open for lunch and dinner.  Per person price range is $4-$12+, serving beer and wine.  Units seat around 175.  All the locations are in CA.

 

Tampa, FL-based INNOVATED RESTAURANT GROUP has increased by 1 unit for the Bourbon St Grill concept, from 44 to 45 (2% concept growth), 2 units for Ruby Thai Kitchen, from 50 to 52 (4% concept growth) and 5 units for Stir Fry 88, from 29 to 34 (17% concept growth).  The company also operates Nori Japan (31) and Shanghai 360 (3).  Overall company increase was from 157 to 165 (5% growth).  The restaurants are fast casual Asian concepts, mostly located in mall food courts.  Per person check average is $4-$12+.  The restaurants are franchised and trade in AB, AL, AR, AZ, BC, CA, CO, DE, FL, IL, IN, KS, MA, MB, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, ND, NJ, NM, NV, OH, OK, ON, OR, PA, SC, SD, TX, VA, WA, WI and WV.

 

Anchorage, AK-based KALADI BROTHERS COFFEE (founded 1986) has increased by 1 unit, from 14 to 15 (7% growth).  This quick serve coffee shop is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner hours, with a $4-$12+ per person price range.  Stores seat about 40 and offer online ordering service.  Trading areas are AK and WA.
