If you’ve read the multiple and now almost daily articles you would think the restaurant industry is falling to pieces.
It’s far from the case.
Certainly some full service chains that have been stalwarts over the decades have closed some stores and same store sales have been slipping for some time, but others have taken their place. Fast Casual and QSR locations have taken their places (mostly) as well as ANY operator (especially sit-down) who understands and executes a “high touch” service aspect to their business- they thrive!
In addition each week our system processes more than 750 new openings per week and they are always new and different.
